Your first visit is important. It’s where we get to know you as best as possible. It’s important to us at Grounded that you feel heard, understood, and well, Grounded.

One of our biggest goals besides the care you receive, is to be a space where you feel comfortable and taken care of.

We start by having you fill out our new patient paperwork before arriving at your first appointment. You’ll bring your paperwork with you to your appointment and we will go over your provided information together.

After discussing your paperwork, any issues you have, health goals, etc., we will perform an evaluation and exam that will assess the balance and function of your neuro-spinal system using our state-of-the-art technology, then go over a health plan with you.

From there, if no other imaging is needed, we’ll perform your first adjustment if warranted.
