Grounded Wellness Dr. Nicole Jackson

Hi, I’m Dr. Nicole!

Everyday I meet people who are struggling to find ways to live a healthier lifestyle. After several years of experience as a chiropractor, I’ve worked with many people on how to improve their health + wellness.

While my main focus is chiropractic and the clearing of spinal misalignments that may contribute to areas of nerve interference, I also work with my tribe on pillars of their life they wish to improve and help them with a plan to get there, as well as areas that could use improvement, but sometimes it’s difficult for them to know where to start.

My goal is to bridge that gap and be as helpful as I can in reaching your health goals.

I am so passionate about helping to empower families in their health goals and wellness lifestyle. I truly desire to be a partner in families chiropractic and holistic living—someone people can trust and lean on through their journey.

After all, I believe it’s your life, my passion, and we’re on one journey.

Grounded Wellness Dr. Margie

Hi, I’m Dr. Margie!

I am passionate about treating the tiniest baby to my fellow CrossFit athletes and all those in between.

I am a native Texan, born in Dallas and raised in Plano. From a young age, I knew that I wanted to help people, but didn’t know how until I found Chiropractic. As an athlete, I came to realize the importance of well-adjusted musculoskeletal and nervous systems.

I graduated from Texas Tech University in 2016 with a B.S in Exercise Sports Science and a minor in Latin. I was an active member on campus serving on President’s Select and working as a fitness instructor at the campus recreational center.

In addition, I received a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Parker University in Dallas, TX in December 2019. During my time at Parker, I was active in campus clubs and competed in the annual Chiro Games.

My proudest accomplishments came through being a part of a chiropractic mission trip to El Salvador and serving at the Dallas VA Hospital. It was such an honor, and I will always consider it a blessing to have been able to connect with patients who taught me that sometimes the best medicine is a loving human touch.

As if that wasn’t enough! I am also 100-hour NBCE Acupuncture certified, a member of the ICPA, and Webster Certified. I also am a certified Fascial Distortion Model (FDM) provider and certified in myofascial cupping and RockFloss through Functional Movement Techniques.

Last but not least, I am excited to be a part of the Frisco community and am looking forward to meeting you!

Grounded Wellness Dr. Christina

Hi, I’m Dr. Christina!

Health and wellness have always been a passion of mine and I have known since I was very young that I wanted to help others in their own wellness journeys.

While waiting for my acceptance (or denial) letter into nursing school I was introduced to chiropractic, and I have not looked back since. With a little courage and a lot of faith, I quickly changed the gears on my life and enrolled at Parker University Chiropractic College.

I have a passion for providing care to mamas-to-be and little ones and received many hours of additional training in pediatric and prenatal care. I also have special training that has helped develop my adjustment skills so that I can provide gentle, safe, and specific chiropractic adjustments to your whole family.

I graduated as valedictorian with my Doctor of Chiropractic degree in the summer of 2021 from Parker University in Dallas, TX. I am a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and Webster Certified. I also received my master’s in functional nutrition in 2021.

I believe chiropractic care and nutrition are both vital in reaching your health and wellness goals and I am looking forward to providing guidance in both of those areas.

When I’m not in the office, I love spending time with my husband, Caleb, and our 2 fur babies. We love cooking, hiking, biking, and just about anything outdoors. We continually aim for healthy and balanced lives, so that we can live life to the fullest!

Throughout this journey, I have discovered what it means to have true health. I have found that my purpose, my why, is to guide and empower so that you may discover what true health looks like for you.

I’m so grateful to be part of the Grounded Wellness family and the Frisco community, and I am so excited to meet you!

Hi, I’m Hannah!

My passion is to help people achieve their health goals by using Nutritional Therapy—a science based holistic approach to healing that focuses on lifestyle and the five nutritional foundations – nutrient dense whole food diet, proper digestion, blood sugar regulation, minerals, and hydration.

I am a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) who helps people achieve their health goals by using a holistic approach to healing through nutrition and lifestyle. Through personalized protocols, I provide nutritional education based on your biological, individual, or unique health needs.

My passion for holistic health is rooted in my own personal health struggles and successes.  Originally from Southeastern Oklahoma, I grew up in a family that loved to cook and cared about health. My mom worked as a Registered Nurse, and always had a passion for more natural ways of healing. I never thought twice about my health growing up. However, all that changed when I went off to college.

While so many things were off to a great start at The University of Oklahoma, my health began to decline. I developed a slew of health issues—skin issues, acid reflux, constipation, interstitial cystitis, hormone imbalances, anxiety, and migraines. At that time, I had no idea what was causing all of my issues.

By far my most difficult symptom was my skin issues—which became harder and harder to hide. I sought out all types of professionals for help and was prescribed medications to reduce the symptoms, but that only worked for a brief time. My ever-growing list of health issues continued to swell. Frustrated that I was still experiencing so many issues, I knew I needed to find out the WHY behind all the symptoms.

After getting married to my husband Will, I dedicated all of my time to researching the “why”. I  learned that many digestive issues were related to stress and diet. I decreased my stress, changed my diet, and cooked as much of my food as I could from home. I was shocked and so excited that I was able to heal my acid reflux. This was my first big health win and I was determined to keep going. I turned to practitioners in the holistic health field to help with my other symptoms.

They opened my eyes to the innate wisdom our bodies have to heal. I knew then that I wanted to help others who were struggling with their own health.

I went back to school through the Nutritional Therapy Association and became a certified  Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP).

My goal is to support people in achieving their own health goals by focusing on a holistic mind, body, and spirit approach to healing through nutrition and lifestyle changes! I look forward to meeting you and helping you with your health goals.

Hi, I’m Kristina.

My passion is to help you experience and understand organic skincare and gain a more holistic lifestyle—to be the healthiest and happiest version of yourself, and of course, enjoy a little relaxation and pampering along the way!

I have been a holistic esthetician since 2007 and am the founder of Virtue Holistic Skin Studio. I’m absolutely thrilled to be partnering with Grounded Wellness to expand your holistic lifestyle.

You’ll find me telling everyone I meet, “What you put on our skin is just as important as what you put in your body.” However, I didn’t always know or feel that way…

In 2014, I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease and various autoimmune conditions after a year of being very ill. It was not until meeting my first integrative/ holistic practitioner that my eyes were opened.

I was currently Director of Marketing/PR at Urban Decay Cosmetics/ L’Oreal. I LOVED my job and my life, but I didn’t realize the constant late nights, fashion weeks, weekly travels and way of life were taking a toll on my health. I decided to take a year off and fully heal.

In that year of healing, I discovered things that will stick with me for life. I changed so many things—my diet, my household cleaning products, skincare—just about everything. Looking back, I truly believe it was the plan for my life to go through those trials so my passion for skincare and wellness would be focused and I could help you. It also brought me to TX after living in Orange County, CA my whole life.

I’m looking forward to being able to serve you as a holistic esthetician using all organic products and a wellness mindset.

Virtue Skin Studio

Hi, I’m Michelle.

I have a passion for skin care + beauty and creating a non-toxic environment for my family and yours.

I started my journey as an esthetician when I was 20. I moved to California from a small West Texas town. Looking back, I now understand my love for skincare and beauty started as a child. Growing up, I took an early interest in daily skincare, loved making my own masks, and had a multi-step skincare routine. I was the kid at the pool reapplying my SPF so I wouldn’t sunburn.

After finishing beauty school and starting my esthetician career, I always felt like I had a great skin care regimen. About seven years ago, I started having several health problems.

Diagnosed with Epstein bar, Fibromyalgia, and Hypothyroidism, I started seeing the effects on my skin with rosacea and breakouts. This led me to look into how certain foods and vitamins would affect my health and skin. That journey snowballed into finding the cleanest products available for my face and body. Which then lead me to look into my toxic load at home.

I now have an 8-month-old daughter with my husband Matt. Having her makes me even more passionate about creating a non-toxic environment for her and my family. Feeding her organic, clean, and healthy foods that serve her in the hopes she can avoid similar health problems as she grows.

I love to share my passion with like-minded people that help me continue to grow and learn. As an esthetician, my favorite thing is making clients feel comfortable and confident in their skin. I look forward to meeting you, and hearing your story, and cannot wait to begin your skincare journey with you!

Meagan Adams

Hey! I’m Meagan.

I’m passionate about helping people discover a more functional and holistic skin perspective and healing journey.

I was born and raised in Mississippi and lived there until moving to Dallas, Texas, in 2020. I’ve been married for nine years and have a 7-year-old daughter, Vivienne. Before becoming an aesthetician, I had a career in marketing and social media. I was a stay-at-home mom for a few years, and when Vivienne started kindergarten, I went back to aesthetics school.

Somewhere around the time we moved to Texas, my fertility journey took me on a deeper dive into a more holistic lifestyle. After a miscarriage, IVF, and multiple failed transfers, I began seeking a more functional approach to my infertility. This has led to an overall health journey of researching products and ingredients, tossing toxins, eating organic, and everything in between.

I’m so thankful for a career that allows me to pour into others from a holistic skin perspective and healing journey. So much magic can come from intentional hands and movement. Whether you’re looking for a skincare regimen, a treatment, or a relaxing experience, I’d love to be a part of your journey. Can’t wait to meet you!
