First Time Visitor?
1. Schedule your initial visit by selecting ‘Schedule An Appointment.’
2. You will choose ‘New Patient Adult’ (13 years and up) or ‘New Patient Child’ (12 years and below).
3. After selecting the best appointment and time for you, you will be prompted to create an account using your email address.
4. Once you have created your account, you will receive your booking confirmation. On that page, you will scroll down and select ‘fill out intake form.’ Please complete these forms before your appointment.

*Please note: for chiropractic care, we operate as a team! That means you are always welcome to schedule your visits with any chiropractor at our office, regardless of who you had your initial appointment with.
What do I do if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give at least 3 hours of notice to enable us to open up and fill your appointment time with another practice member who may need or want your spot.
The best way to cancel or reschedule your appointment is to use your online scheduling profile. If, for some reason, you are unable to log in, an email will be seen the quickest. During office hours, we are intentional with every appointment and may not see if you text, call, or let us know you are canceling on social media. So, please be sure to use the scheduling profile or email us.

What can I expect on my first visit?
Your first visit is important! It’s where we get to know you as best as possible for the first time. It’s important to us at Grounded that you feel heard, understood, and, well, Grounded. 😊
Besides the care you receive, one of our biggest goals is to be a space where you feel comfortable and well taken care of. We start by having you complete our new patient paperwork before arriving at your first appointment. You can email the paperwork back to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or bring your paperwork with you to your appointment.
If that isn’t best for you, you can arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete the paperwork. We’ll go over your paperwork with you at your first appointment.
After chatting and discussing your paperwork, we will thoroughly explain holistic chiropractic care; then, we will take you through our neuro-spinal scan and state-of-the-art technology that assesses your nervous system function and balance.
Once we explain your scan to you and answer any questions you may have, and if no other imaging is necessary, we will perform your first adjustment if warranted.
How do I pay for my services?
All payments are made through our online scheduler, Jane, to help reduce paperwork and keep everyone moving through the office in a timely manner. Less paperwork means more time we can spend on you.
We do not accept insurance.
